Certification

1. For seafarers all crew will have STCW certificates issued by Ministry of Communications of Indonesia as per IMO regulation STCW 95.
2. PT. BGJ has adopted a Drug and Alcohol policy which will be applicable and acknowledged by all selected personnel.
3. If required welders can be provided with approved certificates issued by recognized classification societies.

Training

1. All selected personnel will receive a basic safety training and certification prior to deployment.
2. For language improvement of semi and unskilled personnel we can provide basic English language training.
